Shipping

• All items are shipped within 5-7 business days. 
• All orders will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
• Honey Rose is not responsible for any lost or stolen items once the order has been delivered. You will need to report it to your local carrier's office immediately. 
• Free shipping for purchases over $100.

 

Returns

• Honey Rose will accept unworn items within 21 days of delivery. Must be in perfect condition. 
• Final sale items, accessories, and event purchases are not eligible for returns. 
• To receive a return label, email honeyrose.contact@gmail.com with Return Label in the subject line. Include your name, invoice number, and items you wish to return. Or feel free to message us on instagram / facebook.
• A shipping label will be sent to the email provided, which includes a $6.00 shipping fee deduction from your return.
• Once the items have been returned and processed, you will receive your refund minus the shipping fee. This may take up to 7 business days
• If your order is defective, please email honeyrose.contact@gmail.com within 48 hours and include pictures.
• You will not be refunded for shipping.
